the end is painful. it's gonna take some time. a painful time.

school these days are getting suffocating. it's like each day the exams are getting closer and nearer, the less air there seems to be. and the point is that by this time i probably should be deep into mugging and revising, but i am not. ah.

and so, seems like i'm going to grad night after all. since the class is going and it wouldn't be nice if i didn't. still i think attendance is gonna be low, lower than low. the ugliness of it. not gonna bother too much i think.

this has been a short week. way too short. i wish time could just hang on for a while, let us get a breather then go on. i remember wednesday was great. anyone know? ya i think debra quek is really pretty, ethereal beauty, and that it's a pity she's leaving..oh well good things don't last forever. and wonderful things last even shorter.
You're sweet just like the sun
But what happens when the sun doesn't stay?
The night reminds me when you went away

oh about today, a day to forget. lucky it was over quickly. went lido to watch house and on the way up the lights went out. it's ok..we went and bought tickets for the show. and went in to wait, thinking ang later hoping the movie will be screened. and talk about efficiency. half an hour later told to get refunds. just great. so spent the next hour or so walking around wisma with kenneth and mingchuan. erm, it was an experience caught between two rich persons. one has a ringgit growing tree at home, and for the other, money falls into his hands. i feel really rich.

national day came and went. the one thing this year is that this is goh chok tong's last year as pm. must say he did a great job. we owe much of our progress to him and his team. applause.

otherwise read industrial biotech today. it's quite interesting, but lots of stuff to remember. bleah. then watched singapore idol. damn interesting. but i just feel that singapore's population is just too small to have such a huge competition. won't last too many seasons i reckon. well, at least there're so many interesting/weird people on the show today. the guy who was whispering/mouthing the words, the lemon tree will hung-ish one, the gay stripper, the poor shianghai guy etc.. good stuff..haha.

go singapore!

ah it's late already. didn't really accomplished anything today. seems to be a repetition, doesn't it. it's one that has to change. anyway, want to read more of industrial biotech. the notes are actually quite readable. gonna spend national day and the next day to read bio. i hope to anyway. got to get myself organised.
